Refund policy
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. If purchased through our website, items must be returned directly to Infinity Dance Shoes at our return address.
All returned items must be unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and in their original packaging with the original receipt included.
Return Shipping: If a return or exchange is initiated, we can assist you with a prepaid return label and sent to your email. You can download and print it for use. The cost of this prepaid label will be deducted from your final refund amount. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to faulty manufacturing.
Refunds: A 3% fee will be applied to cover processing and restocking fees. The final refund amount, adjusted for these fees and the cost of the prepaid return label, will be communicated to you once the return is processed.
In cases where return shipping costs are covered by us (e.g., for faulty items), we will refund the shipping up to the value of the original shipping charge.
We offer a six-month warranty for returns on faulty shoes. Faulty shoes must be returned within six months of purchase; after this period, they will not be accepted. Please note that dance shoes are designed to be soft and flexible and, as such, may have a shorter lifespan compared to regular footwear.
To avoid damaging the shoes when trying them on for the first time, please use a clean, soft surface, such as carpet or paper (avoid using newspaper).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on made to order items, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
